Nicholas Cranfield

The Revd Canon Dr Nicholas Cranfield, FSA (Selwyn, 1992) was Dean of Chapel at Selwyn in the 1990s, during which time he hosted a regular evening drop in for gay students across the University. With help from the local fire brigade, he was responsible for draping a giant red ribbon across the front of the College chapel to raise awareness of HIV/AIDS (the John Lewis department store generously donated the material!).
