Joseph Harry Cox-Dutton

Joseph Harry Cox-Dutton, also known as Candy (Christ’s, 2016) is a solo artist, music facilitator and advocate for trans rights, neurodivergent and disability inclusion, workers’ rights and the prevention of ecocide.

Candy organises in burning man, radical faerie and other communities particularly around advocacy for neurodivergent queer people. They advocate non-violent communication, class aware conflict mediation and the application of challenging behaviour, mental health crisis and substance recovery skills. They founded Querca to support the academic and practical aims of the Queer Nature movement.

Candy’s music focuses on therapeutic aims, collaboration and community facilitation, and centering trans and gender non-conforming artists.
