Florence Scordoulis
Florence Scordoulis (Corpus Christi, 2012) is a journalist specialising in LGBT+ rights, with a focus on bi inclusion. Her work has been published widely, including in The Guardian, The i paper, Daily Mail and Saga magazine.
Florence spent 6 years at The Daily Mail, most recently as an Assistant Editor. She set up their first LGBT+ social network in 2021, running seasonal events and growing the membership across several publications at DMG Media, including ES, The i and Metro.
Florence has worked for Stonewall as an LGBT+ inclusion consultant with businesses, running educational empowerment events: from bi inclusion, to LGBT+ allyship and strategies for creating change.
In addition to running a community events group for queer women, trans and non-binary people based in London, Florence writes a Substack about often underrepresented bi+ experiences.
She is currently working on a non-fiction book for bisexual women, combining her own experiences, intersectional collective narratives and wider concepts. Bi Bitch is a no-bullshit empowerment guide to help bisexual women reclaim their sexuality as their biggest superpower - and say goodbye to the mental and physical health crisis that that community is currently battling.
